Circon is managed and operated as a disciplined and professional construction group, which considers the long term for both its clients and its own success.
Incorporated in 1988, Circon has become one of the most respected construction services providers in Southern Ontario.
Under the direction of its founding partners, Jeff Meirovici and Peter Filippo and supported by a professional staff, Circon has contributed to a varied portfolio of successful projects.

Environmental Responsibility (LEED)
Probably the most important initiative undertaken by Circon is the commitment to not only promote an operational sensitivity to environmental and sustainability concerns but to become a leader in the industry.
As members of the GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL OF CANADA, Circon has embraced the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™.
Circon has undertaken a focus in administering the principles of the LEED program to projects seeking LEED accreditation to ensure compliance as well as apply LEED principles in all construction activities.
Circon’s staff has been indoctrinated in the fundamentals of LEED accreditation with the LEED AP (Accredited Professional) designation having been obtained by selected project managers and company principles.

INDUSTRIAL
Building Success
Circon’s specialization in industrial facilities is focussed on specialized logistic and process requirements as well as warehousing space. The variety of projects encompass manufacturing operations in the textile, high tech and chemical industries as well as food preparation requiring freezer and cooler construction.
Circon’s reputation of ensuring complete integration of building components with our client’s process equipment (ie. cranes, pits, dedicated footings and mechanical / electrical systems) has resulted in the seamless delivery of fully functional facilities.
